My Match ...
3:30 PM

Had a friendly match to warm the whole team up for the coming consituency competition this evening. Can't really rest fully after yesterday's session of mahjong, sleeping at six in the morning, and having wake up in the early morning, with no thanks to the Malay wedding downstairs. They were singly so loudly via the surround speakers that I who lives just upstairs was woken up. And I had to force myself to sleep, and sleep, and sleep.

And then I woke up at three and slacked a while before I managed to prepare for the match in the evening.

About the match...

It wasn't the firecest match or anything like that, it was just like playing bball 5 on 5 anywhere on a strange court. But just something in the air that makes it a bit more ~~~ well, anticipating? I was an audience for the first quarter, looking at how they play, cheering them up, and talking to my fellow teammates. Then somehow time passed quickly and we were on the second quarter. I was subsituted into the game a few minutes later into the game and I felt so numb. I was stiff and still I tried my best to run up and down. In a few moments, I was panting badly and I couldn't manage to shoot at all. My whole arm was tired from running. And I hit the bankboard, twice. Nothing but board.

Then I was subsituated till the fourth that I went back in and have to tell myself I had to do more in the minutes I play. I managed to score and pass better but I still turned the ball over. Can't really stop the person driving and so I fouled him. My arms are so badly tired that I wanted to hit a bounce pass on the break but I couldn't have the guts to do that, and I dribbled and dribbled and turned the ball over.

I think I need to get protein tablets. Time to go GNC for the first time in my life. Anyone interested?
