ROUND OF EIGHT
10:49 PM

Now now, aren't we too focused on Spain's heroic wins in the first round? Beating Ukraine and Tunisia. But have we forgotten how Spain almost lost to Saudi with their reserves?

Have we forgotten that France was picking up form and there were once WORLD CHAMPIONS.

That's where most of us lost our footsteps yesterday believing in Spain.

Brazil will now face the French as in the 1998 World Cup finals.

And it's only at the Quarter Finals.

Will the eventual winner go all up to meet Germany at the FINALS?
(I'm putting a prediciton here guys.)

Be prepared come Friday.

It'll be interesting.

Portugal and England did it for me.. Will Italy do ?
11:10 PM

Portugal might not have won 2-1, but the struggle that they went through with 2 players seeing red in both teams could spell trouble as they face England on Saturday.

Today will Italy go 2-0 on a H-H advantage to go all out against rival coach that once sent them out of the semi's with South Korea?

Will Switzerland finish as favourites against Ukraine?

We shall know tomorrow morning..

Beckham does it!!
1:09 AM

Beckham bent home a 35-metre free kick from wide on the left on the hour and as what I said, a late goal.

The only thing I want to say now is.

WHY I DIDN'T BUY MY OWN PREDICTION OF 1-0.

ARGHHHHHHH!

Change Of Mind..

Going for Portugal, 2-1.

Will it strike again ?

Only to have not bought?

Argentina just won a nail biter in overtime 2-1.

Germany won a well played match sending the Swedish back home.

The World Cup is full of surprises and remember no match are sure wins. Just look at Argentina going to extra time after two early goals by the two teams!

Tonight, it's England V.S. Ecudour.

Will it be another surprise? Will they draw and go into extra time or even penalty?
I'm going for england on a late goal, winning 1-0.

Then comes the toughest match between Netherlands and Portugal.
Odds are favouring against Netherlands and still I got a feeling Portugal could steal
a late game like they have been doing.
It's a tough fight.
I'm going for a 1-1 and Netherland going 3-2 on penalty!

We have more intersting games to look forawrd to.

Ghana V.S Brazil!!!
France V.S Spain!!

Will Spain maintain their form having rested their First Eleven for so long?
Or will France jump into the picture?

Let me hear your viewS!
