Live Life .. Love Life
3:08 AM

Just back after a great jog with Royston thru and fro from Bukit Panjang to Ngee Ann Polytechnic.

Crazily we decided to do push-ups everytime we see a bus. Any bus we'll do10. A 184 will mean 20.
We lasted about 60 pushups before we owned another 120.

Who know they have so many bus trips at night?

It's been a good week since I stopped drinking coffee, tea and soft drinks. Basically I was drinking just water and Chinese Tea. Healthy serving of fruits everyday. No oily stuffs, if given a choice.

If you notice how your friends eat, and how they behave, it's a good reflection for yourself. When you see how much your friend can eat and how oily it is, it's time to think of the future.

This is a good time where we can take care of our future. You want to live till 80-90 years of age or do you just want to enjoy as much as you can now?

exercise and eating healthy is the best way to keep yourself in shape. Moderation is a good word, too much of both is not good also.

Been jogging 4-6 k's recently and it's pretty good.

Here's a few tips on how to keep yourself healthy, in my opinion.

1. 2 apples or similar servings of fruits will ensure you a smooth passage way and will also clear your waste whenever needed.

2. Eat in moderation. Eating too much especially after a tired day is not a very good idea. Once I saw a friend eat a serving of Kway Chap plus Claypot Chicken Rice and I felt it was too much. It was also one of the turning points in my life.

3. Cut down on soft drinks, no matter it's a lite version or not it's the same. Bad for you teeth and also high sugar intake. More water especially during hot days.

4. Find a pal that wants to jog to accompany you. Find a person who can pace you or you would want to pace. It's aimless for both to just walk and talk and forget about the real aim of the evening.

Drink 2-3 cups of water 15mins pior to the run. Prevent eating hot food beforehand. Then strech till sweat and proceed to your run.

Build up a target before running and increase the target weekly.

Running shoes are a must. Basketball shoes are very heavy for running.

5. celebrities like Fann Wong wasn't born slim and pretty. Remember high maintainence is needed ! Nothing is sent form god.

Buy good exfoliating facial washes to keep your face dirt-free after runs.

If you play ball or sports that make you dirty, exfoliating scrubs are a good investment also!

6. There are no best diets and slimming pills that can do all for you. The best is to maintain a good jogging schedule and eating healthy.

If you only want to be slim but carry on eating slimming pills carrying on heavy meals, I believe it's a lie.

One would only want to be slim to LOOK NICE, forgetting that you need to build up your inside too. A slim person is not nesscary a healthy one.

Do you want a good figure with lungs or TAR and useless kidneys?

Supplement with excercise and eat healthy for the best result.

Slimming pills are expensive.

A good excercising schedule only cost a paper a pan and a good mind.

7. Be discipline. Build up your confidence. Yes are yes and no are no. Kepp up to your target and you find yourself feeling better in no time!

REMEMBER THIS POST.

MAYBE YOU'LL REGRET IN 20 YEARS TIME.

Grand Opening
1:44 PM

20th August was the start of the Inter CSC basketball tourament and we were scheduled to play at Yio Chu Kang at 6.15pm.

Many players could not come on time and some didn't even come at all. After a little hassle about when and where to meet, a few of us eventually went to Yishun first by bus to transfer to another bus to Yio Chu Kang.

Our Lineup this year:

Bukit Panjang CSC -
4 - Louis
5 - Jun Lin
6 - Li Rong
7 - Bing Han
8 - Royston
9 - Joel
10 - JJ
11 - Terrence
12 - Ronald
13 - Herman
14 - Kai Lun
15 - Simon

We were to face Kim Seng and we had never heard of them so few of us was having the jitters. We reached there early and saw who we were going to face if we win/lose. Yuhua came out on top against Bukit Gombak 70 plus against 20 plus.

Yuhua was strong and they were what we want to face because we want to win this match. Who wins will face the one that won.

The time was approaching and there were only 6 of us. Li Rong, JJ, Kai Lun, Simon, Joel and Me.

So, the six of us did our warm ups and ask everyone to rush here as we fear we can't take part if we didn't have suffice players.

Luckily before the start of the game we had eight and we did our formal warmups and we found out that no one was on the other end of the court.

Then we warmed up for so long having past 6.15pm and I'm starting to wonder, are we getting a walk over today?

Then a few kids came and took shots at the opposite court.

Then I was thinking as they were wearing many different shorts, is it that they don't have their JERSEY?

Then JJ came to inform us they were........UNDERAGE....

OH MY GOD.....

We were TOTALLY annoyed, us having come so early to do our warmups and others having to rush down from work straight.

We demanded since it was a walkover, we still carry on playing and we can practice playing as a whole team first.

Then the REF said, please la, just play among yourselves la, just look over there, they are just kids.

Still we played against them with two REF in their team.

The first team was
Junling, Me, Li Rong, Kai Lun and Simon

Then THE NEXT TEAM was
Louis, Joel, Terrence, Royston and Ronald

Imagine we were so despo that we played against ourselves.

We are waiting for our next match on the 6th of September against Yuhua.
